DocuSend To Begin Emailing Utility Bills

Beginning April 7, 2021, the City of St. Paul will be using DocuSend to forward utility bills to those residents that have chosen to receive their utility bills by e-mail. If you have any questions, please contact the City office at 308-754-4483.
