City Planning

The St. Paul Planning Commission makes recommendations on permit applications, zoning district issues, rezoning applications, and subdivision issues within the St. Paul city limits and the one-mile zoning jurisdiction in accordance with the Comprehensive Development Plan, zoning regulations and subdivision regulations. Recommendations by the Planning Commission are forwarded to the St. Paul City Council for final determination. The Planning Commission meets at 5:00 p.m. on the last Monday of each month, or as needed.

The St. Paul Planning Commission is comprised of five individuals appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. Planning Commission members are: Connie Becker, Arvilla Jacobs, Tyler Solko, Tony Walch, and Dan Scheer. If you are interested in becoming a Planning Commission member, please contact 308-754-4483.
