DocuSend To Begin Emailing Utility Bills

Beginning April 7, 2021, the City of St. Paul will be using DocuSend to forward utility bills to those residents that have chosen to receive their utility bills by e-mail. If you have any questions, please contact the City office at 308-754-4483.

The City’s recycling trailer has been a wonderful asset. Since we began using the recycling trailer, we have collected 106,371 pounds of newspaper, 20,318 pounds of plastics, and 4,143 pounds of tin cans. The City of St. Paul has issued a snow emergency beginning at noon on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 and ending at noon on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Please be careful if you must travel. Allow extra time to reach your destination. Thank you to the snow plow drivers for working diligently to clean the roads.
Recycling on Hold

The Recycling Center in Broken Bow temporarily closed effective November 3, 2020. As such, the St. Paul recycling trailer will be unavailable until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your recycling efforts, and will do all we can to get the trailer back in service.
