Public Hearing on ARP Funds

The City of St. Paul will be hosting a public hearing on August 9, 2021 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. regarding the American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds allocated to the City. Please plan to attend. Please review the following documents prior to the public hearing to familiarize yourself with the eligible uses of the ARP funds, and the various opportunities that the City has to utilize these funds:

(1) Treasury Interim Final Rule [eligible uses]; (2) ARP Fact Sheet on Crime and Public Safety; and (3) Frequently Asked Questions on Coronavirus Recovery Funds.
