If you would like to add an item to the City Council agenda, you must complete an Agenda Item Request Form. Submit the completed form to the City Clerk. It is possible that the matter can be handled administratively, instead of being addressed at a City Council meeting. The completed form also allows City staff to research the particular issue to provide the City Council members with more information on the issue, and/or have options available to resolve the issue.
Please note that official meeting minutes prior to 2020 must be obtained from the City office. The minutes in the Sparq software prior to 2020 are NOT the official meeting minutes.
